How to arrange a scan
There are several ways to arrange a scan yourself:
- Use our self-referral services for diagnostic MRI or ultrasound scans.
- Ask your GP, consultant, or registered IRMER-trained practitioner (physiotherapist) to complete a referral on your behalf.
- If you plan to use your insurance to pay for your scan, you should discuss this with your insurance company first to ensure you are covered and understand their requirements for the referral.
