The One Healthcare Management team have been responsible for the financing, development and operation of over 50 private hospitals and Private Patient Units across the UK over the last 25 years.
Andrew Barker, Chief Executive Officer 
Andrew started his career in the City in Mergers and Acquisitions and listed company corporate services before moving into healthcare management. Andrew then spent 11 years at the London Clinic, where he was responsible for operational management, development projects, governance and quality, strategic partnerships and the development of key stakeholder relations including the introduction of a number of innovations regarding Consultant engagement.
Andrew joined Phoenix Hospital Group in 2013, initially on a consultancy basis to advise on strategy and latterly was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer. Andrew has been responsible for the transition of Phoenix into a thriving multi-site hospital group. Which now include both One Ashford and One Hatfield Hospitals in Kent and Hertfordshire.
Dr Steve Luttrell, Group Medical Director and Responsible Officer
Dr Steve Luttrell joined the One Healthcare Group in April 2022.
Dr Luttrell brings a huge amount of experience to the Group, including having previously served as Group Medical Director of BMI Healthcare.
He has also held a number of Medical Directorships at BUPA, and worked as a Consultant General Physician and Geriatrician in the NHS.
Brenda Corby, Group Clinical Director
Brenda joined the One Healthcare Group in December 2021.
A Registered Nurse, Brenda has been working in UK health services since 1987. She has held a number of senior and director level roles within the NHS and Independent sector, both in commissioning and service provision.
She brings considerable experience having advised a number of organisations on their governance and clinical quality arrangements. She also has a strong background in regulatory assurance and has a passion to contribute to improving quality standards across all healthcare sectors.
Bhavin Savla, Chief Financial Officer
Bhavin Savla was appointed as CFO of the One Healthcare Group in March 2019.
He has over 11 years’ experience in senior finance positions in the healthcare sector, and his previous experience includes the role of Finance Director of BUPA Cromwell Hospital in London, along with other roles within BUPA Ltd.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of England & Wales (ICAEW).
Jo Nolan, Hospital Director (One Ashford)
Having worked in healthcare her whole career, Jo brings a wealth experience to One Ashford Hospital. Jo has managed private hospitals, worked in the NHS and within the pharmaceutical industry in business development and management roles.
Jo went to school in Ashford and has always lived within the area so she knows and understands the local market’s challenges and requirements.
Along with this experience and insight, Jo brings a passion to deliver excellent clinical care and patient experience.
Claire Armstrong, Hospital Director (One Hatfield)
Claire has a wealth of experience in hospital management with strong regulatory oversight.
She has worked in the private healthcare sector on and off for the last 13 years, across a number of different organisations,.
She has extensive experience in hospital management, business development, contract management and insurer engagement.
