Women’s Health Event at One Ashford Hospital

The Minter et Al team are delighted to be hosting a day of women’s health talks at One Ashford Hospital.

This event brings together our expert clinicians, who will share their knowledge on crucial topics related to women’s health.

The day will be split into two sessions as detailed below, the morning sessions are for GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals only, and the afternoon session is open to all women. 

The day is free to attend and we offer free onsite parking. Spaces are limited, so book early!

10AM – 12.30PM 

The morning session is exclusive to GPs, prescribing nurses/practitioners and healthcare professionals.

Starting at 10am, we’ll dive into advanced clinical insights, offering you the opportunity to enhance your expertise in women’s health.

Led by expert GP, Dr. Colinette, the session will cover critical topics including perimenopause, premenstrual symptoms, and the latest BMS guidance on unscheduled bleeding, breast cancer, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause.

This is not just a learning opportunity but also a chance to network with fellow healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical experts over refreshments.

1PM – 3.30PM

Our afternoon talks are open to all. Starting at 1pm, the afternoon sessions kick off with a networking lunch, followed by presentations from the expert team.

Lexie Minter will deliver a comprehensive talk on menopause, where you’ll receive expert guidance on recognising signs and symptoms, understanding the different stages, and exploring the variety of treatment options.

Tina Halperin, expert coach and hormone health champion, will share her expertise on navigating menopause in the workplace. She’ll discuss the crucial work being done to raise awareness, support menopausal women, and implement hormone health policies, alongside the benefits of one-to-one coaching.
