Dr Wei Meng Chin

Dr Wei Meng Chin is a Consultant Neuro-developmental Paediatrician. He specialises in assessments of children and young people with concerns regarding autism, ADHD, tics/ Tourette’s syndrome and dyspraxia (DCD); and medical treatment for ADHD. His specialist training has included that in Cambridge and Evelina London (Guy’s and St Thomas’). He currently works in East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust and One Hatfield Hospital.

Dr Chin always considers children’s journey of strength and challenges & the facing of similarities and differences. Keeping that in mind, he works with the aim of aiding children, young people and their families to understand, embrace, become empowered and achieve potential. His motto and approach is ‘Listen, Professional, Embrace and Empower’. 

Dr Chin works in partnership with school, clinical psychologist, speech and language therapist, occupational therapist and other professionals to provide thorough assessments and support as needed.
