He is very passionate about ‘zero tolerance’ in case of prosthetic joint infection among other things to achieve an optimal outcome for all my patients. He is an active listener and believes in true ‘shared decision-making’ with his patients. He explains and sets expectations at a realistically achievable level, leading to a high percentage of his patients achieving a highly satisfying outcome as evidenced by his National Joint Registry data, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and patient feedback on various sites such as Doctify and I Want Great Care.
Mr Parwez keeps his knowledge and skills updated by attending specialist society meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars and discussions with peers. He also teaches at registrar training workshops and GP training days.
Mr Tarique Parwez is an avid cricketer and cyclist and a member of a local bike club. Having experienced his fair share of sporting injuries, he can empathise with the desire to ‘resume normal service’ without delay.
