This summer has been a busy academic one for Ms Codruta Neumann, ENT surgeon at One Ashford Hospital. She taught ear surgery in Romania to ENT specialists at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca.
Ms Neumann then went on to present her results to the international ear surgeons’ community at the 32nd Politzer Society Meeting of Otology, Warsaw. The Politzer Society, International Society for Otologic Society and Science, of which Ms Neumann is a member, is a prestigious worldwide organization dedicated to developing knowledge, science and co-operation in Otology.

As part of and international faculty at the prestigious Cambridge Advance Otology Course in Cambridge she taught complex ear surgery procedures to delegates form all over the world.
She is sharing her expertise with colleagues in the UK and as a Honorary Consultant at Southend Hospital is mentoring her colleague through complex surgical procedures.
